Our service in Cranbrook is conveniently located at The Benenden Hospital.

Our Benenden office is open on Friday afternoons for appointments with Anita Radziszewska. She is a registered Hearing Aid Audiologist and is also registered with the Hearing Aid Council .

On entering main building report to reception who will direct you to Jubilee Clinic, but it is sign posted. Please report your arrival to Central Bookings desk then go to Jubilee Clinic waiting room. The hearing aid dispenser will collect you from the waiting room when ready.

The Hearing Care Centre is completely independent of any national hearing aid company or hearing aid manufacturer. We have access to instruments from the world's leading suppliers, and can guarantee informed and impartial advice on the best hearing solutions for you.

How to find us

By Car

The main car park is opposite the Main Hospital Entrance/Reception area.  Disabled parking can be found in the main car park opposite the Main Hospital Entrance and there is a drop off point outside the Main Reception. Parking at the hospital is free.

From London

Take M20 towards Folkestone and leave at junction 8, following the signposts for A20 and Leeds Castle. At the roundabout take the exit onto the B2163 to Leeds village. Follow B2163 for 3.5 miles to crossroads and then turn left onto A274 signposted Sutton Valence, Headcorn & Biddenden. Stay on A274 to Biddenden.  Follow directions below 'from Biddenden'.

From M25

Leave M25 at junction 5, following signposts for A21 and Hastings. Continue on the A21 until 5 miles past the Pembury turn off and then take left turn onto A262 signposted Goudhurst, Cranbrook, Ashford. Continue on A262 to Biddenden.  At T junction turn right onto A274 for Tenterden.  Follow directions below 'from Biddenden'.

From Biddenden

On the A274 about 0.5 miles from Biddenden, take the right turn on a sharp left hand bend.  The Hospital is signposted on this junction. Follow road to the Castleton Oak crossroads and go straight across.  Continue on this road for a further 0.5 miles until you reach the Hospital.
