David joined Hearbase in January 2011, initially on a six-month contract. His telephone-based duties included calling customers to arrange appointments. He took over responsibility for the company’s accounts in April 2012. David is now studying for his Association of Accounting Technician’s basic accounting level 2.
He has 10 years’ experience in an accounting role and has spent seven years working in the hearing aid industry. Before joining Hearbase David worked for a hearing aid company for five years which gave him a good insight.
He said: “What I most enjoy about Hearbase is that it is always busy, the teamwork is great as everyone is helpful and my job is varied.”
